Genshin Impact - is an Open World Action RPG developed and published by miHoYo for PC, iOS / Android and PS4 / PS5 platforms. The game is shareware, so there is monetization in the form of a Gacha system to get more characters, weapons and other resources. The gameplay includes travels through a fantasy environment with an open world and its own combat system. The game requires a constant connection to the network, even if you are playing alone, and has a limited multiplayer mode for up to 4 people, including the master of the world. The game became available worldwide on September 28, 2020 for PC, iOS / Android and PS4 platforms. Also, November 11, 2020 became available on PS5 with PS4 cross-platform sync support. The developers plan to release the game on the Nintendo Switch. Gaymеplay Players can explore a huge open world of the game called Teivat. The game uses a combat technique that includes switching between 4 characters for quick combo attacks. The main goal of the game is single-player gameplay, but there is also a co-op mode at the player's disposal. Each character has two unique combat skills: normal and elemental. The normal skill can be used at any time, while the elemental skill takes a cooldown time. Characters can have one of seven Teiwata elements: Cryo, Dendro, Pyro, Hydro, Anemo, Electro, and Geo.
Development Genshin Impact was announced on June 19, 2019 at the E3 2019 International PC Games Show. MiHoYo's goal was to create a game that is not like Honkai Impact 3rd. Development on PC and PlayStation platforms allowed the developer to improve the game's graphics, such as rendering and quality of shadows.
